DeAir Product Warranty Details

1. Warranty conditions:
- The product is warranted free of charge for defects due to defective materials, components or damage due to the manufacturing process.
- The 24-month warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery.

2. Warranty scope:
- During the warranty period, DeAir is responsible for paying all costs related to repairing or replacing defective components (including component and labor costs) within the territory of Vietnam.
- DeAir is committed to resolving warranty requests quickly and effectively through a professional software process.
- Free replacement of defective accessories due to the manufacturer.
3. Cases not covered by warranty:
- Damage due to transportation, delivery or unexpected accidents.
- Damage due to improper use of the product, not in accordance with the instructions for use, or due to impacts from natural disasters (floods, fires, lightning strikes), or direct sunlight.
- The product has been repaired by unauthorized warranty centers or installed by non-professional units.
- The product is damaged due to incorrect power source or voltage not matching the specifications technical.
- Errors caused by unauthorized adjustments or replacement of parts (e.g. fuses, power cords).
- Rust, corrosion due to the product being installed or used in a corrosive environment.
- Damage caused by failure to comply with the operating and maintenance instructions provided in the user manual.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning of the product or failure to perform periodic cleaning.
- Natural wear and tear during use not due to manufacturer's fault.
4. Warranty claim process:
