The DeAir.HM industrial humidifier - model: DeAir.HM-90S is designed to increase air humidity in dry conditions where relative humidity falls below 40%. This ensures stable humidity levels in manufacturing, construction, and greenhouse cultivation.

1. Operating principle

When using tap water, the conductivity should be between 125 - 150 µs/cm. This electrode humidifier uses tap water to generate steam; when the water fills the electrode assembly, the electrodes activate an electric current to heat and boil the water, producing steam. A microprocessor controller ensures rapid steam generation, while the control board automatically maintains the correct water level. The humidifier responds quickly and accurately to any setting changes. The DeAir.HM features a drain pump with larger inlet and outlet ports, allowing larger particles to pass through and be discharged. This design extends the lifespan of the electrode assembly by 2-3 times compared to standard drain valves. It is necessary to periodically check the electrode connectors to ensure a secure connection and replace the electrode assembly after 2-3 cleaning cycles to maintain optimal performance.

3. Installation

All procedures must be carried out by a qualified technician. Only use the supplied accessories for installation, ensuring compliance with the required safety distances. Allow sufficient space for repair and maintenance, and position the unit for easy removal. To optimise performance, the distance between the humidifier and the steam distributor should be as short as possible. The steam hose length should be less than 2 meters and never exceed 3 meters. If a longer distance is required, please contact the supplier. Use an open drainage funnel to ensure smooth drainage, and a water filter is necessary for the water inlet pipe.
