1. Operating principle

DeAir.CRE operates on the principle of isothermal dehumidification, combining refrigeration technology with a hot gas bypass reheat system. First, moist air is drawn into the unit and passed over the cooling coil, where moisture condenses into water. Then, the dry air is passed over the hot gas bypass coil for reheating before being discharged back into the room. This process allows DeAir.CRE to effectively control humidity while maintaining a stable room temperature, avoiding the coldness associated with conventional refrigerant dehumidifiers.

Furthermore, DeAir.CRE is equipped with a heat rejection module, allowing users to choose between heating or cooling modes according to their needs. When heating is required, the heat rejection coil is deactivated, and heat from the refrigerant is transferred into the room. Conversely, when cooling is needed, the heat rejection coil is activated to expel heat to the external environment, helping to maintain a stable room temperature.

2. Structure

The DeAir.CRE isothermal dehumidifier consists of two main sections:

• Dehumidification section: Compressor, condenser coil, expansion valve, evaporator coil, filter, and fan.
• Heat exchange section: Condenser coil, exhaust fan, liquid receiver, filter drier, high and low-pressure gauges.
