In December 2025, closing a year of hard work and dedication, the DeAir family embarked on a 3-day, 2-night trip (Dec 19 - 21, 2025) full of emotions in Phan Thiet. This trip held a special significance: Celebrating the 5th Anniversary (2020 - 2025) and spreading the warm message "Winter isn't cold - With DeAir by your side".

Departure: Excited & Ready (Dec 19)

On the morning of December 19th, putting aside the busy workload, DeAir members gathered with radiant smiles and high spirits to begin the journey to the sunny and windy coast of Phan Thiet.

Gala Dinner: A Proud 5-Year Milestone (Night of Dec 19)

The most important highlight of the trip was the Gala Dinner, held solemnly on the very first evening. This was a precious moment for the Board of Directors and all employees to look back on the 5-year journey of formation and development—full of challenges but also filled with glory.

Team Building: Exploding at NovaWorld Water Park (Dec 20)

On the second day, the spirit of "Winter isn't cold" truly exploded at Wonderland Water Park (NovaWorld Phan Thiet). Leaving behind the elegant suits from the Gala night, DeAir warriors "partied" hard in the cool water, overcoming water slides and team challenges together.

Sidelines: Moments of Relaxation

Besides the main activities, the trip was also an opportunity for everyone to leisurely stroll, explore the beauty of the resort, and enjoy the fresh sea air. Relaxed smiles and casual check-in photos are the clearest proof of the natural bond within the DeAir family.
